The Cyclones faced a stiff challenge from Columbus pitcher Bill Wegman, but persevered to claim a win at Ballpark of Fremont. The final score was 3-2. Wegman went 9 innings and allowed 2 earned runs. Brooklyn is now 27-31, Columbus 27-31.
