Harkey Razor-Sharp, Shuts Out Chicago
St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Mike Harkey did his job to perfection today, blanking the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field. He scattered 8 hits while striking out 5 in the 4-0 shutout.

"All I did was not allow any runs," he joked after the game. "I mean, technically, that's what they pay me to do, right?"

Harkey has taken the mound for 19 relief appearances this season, nailing down 1 save while notching a 8-4 record with a 4.04 ERA. The St. Louis reliever has limited opposing batters to a .240 batting average.
