Spirited fans at Stags Ballpark greeted the Milwaukee Otters for their clash with the Buffalo Bisons.

The Buffalo Bisons beat the Milwaukee Otters, 11-5, at Stags Ballpark. The Bisons got a fine performance from first baseman Dave Nilsson, who captured player of the game honors. He went 3 for 4 with 2 home runs and 2 walks, while scoring 4 times and driving in 3. The Bisons bumped their record to 18-15 with this latest triumph.

Nilsson had a big at-bat with the bases loaded in the top of the second inning, when he drew a walk, driving in 1 run. The Bisons went on to win.

"We played hard and won," said Nilsson. "Sometimes, baseball really is that easy.'
