Late Rally by Bisons Seals 6th Straight Win
The Buffalo Bisons bested the Hartford Whalers, 12-2, at Wolves Ballpark. Paul O'Neill was named player of the game. He was 3-5 with a triple, a double, and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. The win was credited to Ryan Bradley in relief. His record improves to 6-4. Paul Wilson took the loss. Buffalo now has a 6-game win streak.

Buffalo used the timely hitting of Dmitri Young to seize the win. The right fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Bisons on top, 4-2. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

Hartford manager called the blowout loss "a real dud."
