Behind the bravura of first baseman Brian Daubach, the Buffalo Bisons topped the Columbus Clippers by the score of 6-5. Daubach hit 2 home runs for the Bisons. The third-place Bisons have won 5 in a row.

It could have been a different outcome for Buffalo, had it not been for Matt Stairs, the top prospect . Stairs contributed a 2-run single in the top of the third inning to put Buffalo up, 3-1.

"We're stringing together some nice wins," said Buffalo manager .
