6 Straight Wins for Storm Chasers
The Omaha Storm Chasers picked up a win at Alleycats Ballpark, knocking off the Idaho Falls Chukars, 6-1. Starting pitcher Geremi Gonzalez, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason why. Scott Arnold got credit for the save for Omaha. It was his 1st of the year. The Storm Chasers, at 24-28, have now won 6 straight.

The Storm Chasers got a big at-bat from shortstop Jason Maxwell, who in the top of the fourth hit a run-scoring double. It was his 5th double of the season and put the Storm Chasers on top, 1-0.
