Storm Chasers Edge Past Tarantulas, 5-4
The Omaha Storm Chasers grabbed a 5-4 win over the Tucson Tarantulas at Ballpark of Louisville. Omaha center fielder Mike Frank went 4 for 5 with a double and 3 singles, while scoring 2 runs to earn player of the game honors. The win was Benj Sampson's in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Kevin Tapani took the loss for Tucson. Tucson's current losing streak is now 4 games.

Carlos Febles had a nice at-bat for the Storm Chasers with two out in the top of the eighth. With runners on 2nd and 3rd, the designated hitter drew a walk, which would prove important in the Omaha win.

"If it's down the middle," said Frank, "you might as well hit it."
