Chukars Turn Back Naperville, 6-4
|
Naperville center fielder Fernando Seguignol had a good game, even if his team did not. The Lazy Fisherman dropped a 6-4 decision to Idaho Falls at Alleycats Ballpark. Seguignol was 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk. Today's win puts Idaho Falls at 34-48, while Naperville falls to 46-36.
Idaho Falls took a 6-4 lead on Andy Stankiewicz's 16th double of the season. The 2-run double, which Stankiewicz hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Naperville pitcher Masato Yoshii shaking his head.
"I'm just happy to help the team win," Stankiewicz told the Idaho Falls News.
