Luke, Lazy Fisherman Sink River Rats Again in Game 2
Riding the 2-hit performance of first baseman Matt Luke, the Naperville Lazy Fisherman got a road win against the Spokane River Rats, 10-5, in Game 2 of the League Championship Series today. Luke slugged 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice for the Lazy Fisherman, who now lead the best-of-7 series, 2 games to 0.

Naperville needed the clutch hitting of Pedro Munoz to notch the win. The left fielder hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Lazy Fisherman on top, 7-5. For the game, Munoz had 1 home run and 2 singles in 5 at-bats.

"Every team in baseball loses," River Rats manager said. "We're in the playoffs and we still have the same guys that got us here. We'll bounce back."

The next game is scheduled for Sunday at Ballpark of Milton in Naperville. Slated to start are Doug Brocail for Spokane and Dana Kiecker for Naperville.
