Creams Topple Twins with Late Rally
The Milwaukee Creams got a magnificent performance from pitcher Wally Whitehurst, who stifled the Minnesota offense en route to a 2-1 Creams win at Milwaukee County Stadium. Milwaukee reliever Jeff Calhoun was the winner. His record is now 1-0. The losing pitcher was Trevor Hoffman. The Creams, now 3-0, have stormed out of the gates.

Tyler Houston was the walk-off hero for Milwaukee. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Creams catcher hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
