Philadelphia first baseman Derrek Lee had a 4-RBI game, which helped his team beat the Chicago Cubs, 5-4. Reliever Marc Wilkins picked up the win. His record improves to 1-0. Brian Holman took the loss.

Lee had a critical at-bat in the top of the tenth for Philadelphia, coming through with a 2-run home run to put Philadelphia in front, 5-3.

"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Lee said.

Philadelphia is still hoping to get on a roll. The win is just their 3rd in 8 games.
