Las Vegas Newcomer April's #1 Rookie Friday, May 1st, 1998 It was a dream month for Rolando Arrojo of the Las Vegas Angels. April was pure bliss for this newcomer and it was capped off today when the United League awarded him the Rookie of the Month. He etched a 4-2 record last month in 6 starts, fanned 36 and walked 13 in 48 innings. He compiled a 3.19 ERA and held other clubs to a .200 average. |
