Huskey on a Hot Streak, PAC Player of the Week Monday, April 27th, 1998 This week Butch Huskey, left fielder for the Portland Stag, hit his way to the Pacific Player of the Week Award. Huskey put on a hitting clinic with a .560 average as he belted and battered PAC pitchers for 14 hits in 25 at-bats, 2 home runs, 8 RBIs and scored 4 runs. This season Huskey is hitting .460 with 23 hits, 5 home runs, 15 RBIs, scored 8 runs and played in 12 games. |
