Mike Duvall Out for Season

The season is ending on a bad note for Mike Duvall, reliever for the Nashville Sounds. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Duvall was hurt against the Tucson Tarantulas while throwing a pitch. He suffered shoulder inflammation and will be out for at least 6-7 months.
Duvall has taken the mound for 19 relief appearances this season, nailing down no saves while notching a 1-0 record with a 3.52 ERA. The Nashville reliever has limited opposing batters to a .248 batting average.
