ATL's Star Player Named Monday, July 27th, 1998 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Atlantic, but last week Ricky Ledee of the Asheville Moonshiners reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Ledee rocked opposing pitching for a .650 average (13-for-20), 2 home runs and 8 RBIs to come away with the award. Batting .340 to date, Ledee has 16 home runs and 55 RBIs. |
