Blue Crabs Win 5-4 Walk-Off
Fans of the Ocean City Blue Crabs who packed the stands for the home opener were rewarded with a Ocean City win over the visiting Asheville Moonshiners, 5-4. Jim Neidlinger started for the home team against Carl Pavano. Danny Bautista earned the coveted player of the game honors.

The Blue Crabs got a lift from first baseman Brad Fullmer, who in the bottom of the 11th stroked a 2-2 slider into right for a run-scoring single. It was his 1st hit of the season and put the Blue Crabs ahead, 5-4.

"What a great win for our team," said a jubilant , the Ocean City manager.
