It was a fun time at Fire Dogs Ballpark, where the Rochester Red Wings and Ocean City Blue Crabs tangled.

The Ocean City Blue Crabs coasted to a win over the Rochester Red Wings, 13-2. Brad Fullmer had a good day at the plate for Ocean City. He went 3-3 with 3 singles and 3 walks. He scored 4 runs. Chad Ogea was the winning pitcher. Over 5.1 innings, he allowed 1 run on 5 hits, with no walks and 3 strikeouts.

Scott Leius had a big 2-run double for the Blue Crabs in the bottom of the third inning. With Ocean City leading 1-0 and runners on 1st and 3rd, he got a fastball from Joe Ausanio and stroked the double to left-center. It was his 11th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Blue Crabs ahead, 3-0.

"You can't sugarcoat this one," said Rochester manager . "We got flat-out beat."

Ocean City is in second place in the Atlantic Southeast with a record of 31-23.
