Ingram goes 3-for-4, Blue Crabs Move to 42-27
The Ocean City Blue Crabs blasted the Asheville Moonshiners, 15-4. Garey Ingram was one of the hitting stars. He was 3 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 4 runs and drove in 2 for Ocean City. Kevin Jarvis got the win, improving to 6-3. He held the Moonshiners to 3 earned runs on 6 hits over 6 innings, while striking out 4 and walking 2. Ocean City now sits at 42-27, while Asheville falls to 28-41.

Scott Leius had a big 2-run single for the Blue Crabs in the bottom of the fifth inning. With Ocean City leading 5-4 and the bases loaded, he got a fastball from Matt Anderson and stroked the single to left-center. It was his 73rd hit of the season, and more importantly, it put the Blue Crabs ahead, 7-4.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Leius told the Ocean City Daily News.
