Bisons Get Win, Extend Streak to 4
Columbus had no answer for Buffalo Bisons hurler Bruce Chen, who overwhelmed Clippers hitters as the Bisons coasted to a 9-1 victory. Chen, the winner, moves to 6-6. He threw 7 innings of 4-hit ball, while fanning 5 and giving up no walks. The third-place Bisons have won 4 in a row.

Contributing to the Buffalo win was Henry L. Rodriguez. In the top of the fifth, the 30-year old left fielder had a run-scoring double. That made the score 2-0, the Bisons in front.

"You score one run, you're not going to win," said Columbus skipper . "You can have three Koufaxes and three Drysdales, you're still not going to win."
