The San Antonio Missions knocked off the Nashville Sounds, 8-7, at Red Devils Stadium. Scarborough Green, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason San Antonio won. The right fielder went 4 for 5 with 2 triples and 2 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. Mauro Gozzo recorded his 5th save for San Antonio . The Missions, now 12-6, have been playing some good baseball.

Doug Glanville broke a 7-7 tie in the top of the ninth with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It put the Missions in front, 8-7. For the game, Glanville was 3-5 with 3 singles, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once.
