Sky Sox Continue Skid Thanks to Lind, River Rats
The Spokane River Rats beat the Colorado Springs Sky Sox, 11-6, at Foxes Ballpark. Jose Lind was recognized as player of the game for his performance. He went 3-4 with a triple, 2 singles, and a walk. He drove in 6 runs. The 34-year old second baseman was a menace to Colorado Springs all day. Brian Dubois was the winner. Over 5 innings, he allowed 5 runs on 7 hits, with 4 walks and 5 strikeouts. Justin Speier recorded the save for Spokane, his 2nd of the season.
