Berg Delivers Clutch At-Bat for Omaha in Walk-Off Win
Omaha right-hander Sidney Ponson made an effective start against the Portland Stag at Maples Stadium, leading his team to a 3-2 win. The Storm Chasers, now 20-28, know that wins in May count the same as wins in September.

Dave Berg provided some late-game drama. In the bottom of the ninth, with two out and a runner on 1st, Berg hit a run-scoring double. It helped Omaha take the lead and grab the win.

"Enjoyed this one," Berg told the Omaha Herald. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
