Stag Prove Rude Guests, Win 9-8 at Naperville
The Portland Stag topped the Naperville Lazy Fisherman, 9-8, in Pacific action at Ballpark of Milton. The player of the game was Portland pitcher and Altoona, Pennsylvania native Ron Blazier. Blazier, the winner, moves to 4-4. He threw 6 innings of 2-hit ball, while fanning 3 and giving up 1 walk. The last-place Stag improved to 29-51.
