Reds Roll to 8-3 Win Over Cardinals
|
Benefiting from Scott Rolen's productive game, the Cincinnati Reds downed the St. Louis Cardinals, 8-3. Rolen was 2-5 with a home run. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4 for the Reds. Cincinnati starter Jose Rijo was credited with the win after throwing 120 pitches over 7 innings. His record now stands at 1-1. The win leaves Cincinnati with a record of 4-3.
