Spiders Walk Off with Win
The Cleveland Spiders stopped the Orlando Devil Rays, 8-4, behind an impressive performance from Howard Johnson. The eight-time All-Star made life miserable for Orlando pitching. He belted 2 home runs, while adding 6 RBI and scoring twice. Cleveland goes to 30-51, Orlando to 43-37.

The game turned with two out in the bottom of the 15th when Johnson, who finished 3rd in the FL in home runs with 51 in 1990, hit a grand slam home run. It propelled the Spiders into the lead, 8-4.

Johnson described the clubhouse as "kind of rowdy" after the game.
