Konerko slugs 2 home runs as Dairy Daddies Drub Red Wings
The Danville Dairy Daddies met little resistance from the Rochester Red Wings, beating them 17-2 at Ballpark of Ft. Lauderdale. Paul Konerko led the way. He belted 2 home runs, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2 for Danville. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for Danville.

It could have been a different outcome for Danville, had it not been for Akira Eto, the 28-year old second baseman . Eto contributed a solo home run in the top of the second inning to put Danville up, 2-1.

Said losing manager : "I kept hoping someone would wake me up from my nightmare."
