Blue Crabs Sneak Past Bisons, 3-2

The Ocean City Blue Crabs picked up a win at Aspinwall Grounds, knocking off the Buffalo Bisons, 3-2. Starting pitcher Jamie Brewington played a key role in the triumph. Brian Bevil got credit for the win, improving to 4-1. He allowed 2 runs on 2 hits in 1 innings. Julio Valera finished the game for Ocean City and earned his 1st save.
It could have been a different outcome for Ocean City, had it not been for Kent Hrbek, the former first round draft pick . Hrbek contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the tenth inning to put Ocean City up, 3-2.
"To not win that game stings a little bit," said Buffalo manager .
The Blue Crabs' win now puts them at 25-17.
